Drawings
Currently LVASM is promoting visitor fulfillment with the following event day drawing:
Cash Drawings or Promotional Prizes! On the hour, from 8am to 11am, A prize will be awarded to a visitor through a drawing.
Be sure to register for the drawing at the Conscessions Stand. You must be present to win and have ID to claim the cash.
Winners must claim the cash before the end of the event by 2:00pm. One win per name per day. Drawings are open to Visitors
aged 18 or older; Closed to Vendors.
Vendor Information & Registration
Las Vegas Auto Swap Meet is an exclusive car parts and automotive related items, including motorcycles only event. Anyone
who has auto related parts and accessories to sell can participate at the event.
Complete the appropriate Vendor registration form on our website.
Due to safety concerns, early exit from the event is not permitted prior to 12:00pm.
Set up
Early set-up for all Vendors is Saturday from 10:00 Am to 4:00 Pm and Sunday 5 to 7am. The gates are closed at approx 4pm
Saturday and security is provided. The Vendor gate re-opens Sunday at 5am. Pre-registration and Saturday set-up is
encouraged to avoid waiting in lines and to be ready for buyers at 7AM. We appreciate your early set-up as we are doing our
best to have everyone in position by 7AM Sunday. Please inform management if you have a desire to “camp” on your space
Saturday-overnight.
Spaces
Swap Meet space is approximately 20’ x 20’ at $35 per space reserved, $40 non-reserved at the gate. If you need additional
space, you can request adjoining spaces. There is only one vehicle or trailer allowed per space. We also have smaller spaces
of approximately 10’ x 20’ at $20 reserved or $25 non-reserved at the gate.
For all, if a space is vacated early, before closing time, you may not re-established that space during the remainder of the event.
Space Guarantee
There is no space or location guarantee. However, if you are an LVASM Sponsor then every effort, with your cooperation
in early registration, will be made to retain a designated location.
Car Corral
Pre-registration of your vehicle is not required. Feel free to bring your vehicle the day of the event. We do not provide signs
for sale information so bring yours with you. Cars for sale and show typically arrive on event day at 5am to 7am. Cars
displayed in the “Corral” area must be mobile on wheels; they do not need to run. No trailers are allowed in the Car Corral.
If it is a “Basket case” you need to use the main event 10x20 spaces. Any vehicle not removed by 10-AM Monday morning
will be towed at the owners expense. Special arrangements are required after the event closes.

Camping Saturday-Overnight
If you arrive with a van or camper, motor-home or tent on Saturday for the early Vendor setup, with your paid space, you
may remain overnight within the fenced lot until Sunday at 5:00am. NO fires or charcoal BBQing!
We do not provide electric or water hookups. We are not a campground, so please come prepared. There are portable
facilities onsite and some area lighting. The gate is closed at 4:00pm Saturday & locked; then reopened Sunday at
approximately 4:00am. Note: you are likely to be roused by management upon arrival at 4:00am Sunday. There is a
night guard inside the gate who is there for security and emergencies. You may ask the guard to open the gate during
Saturday evening if you need to go somewhere and return. You are responsible for your own communications, food,
water and medical necessities. If you have an emergency, contact 911 and inform the onsite guard. A desire to go to the
“Casino” is not an emergency and egress—ingress is at the discretion of the guard. You will not be allowed to have other
people or vehicles enter the lot until 5:00am Sunday morning.
Any camping equipment or vehicle remaining after 5:00am Sunday must fit completely within your Vendor Space
otherwise you must remove it to the parking lot. You must adhere to this entire “Conduct Agreement” at all times while
on our premises. LVASM is not responsible for your safety, comfort or personal conduct. You are advised to have the
proper insurance, safety equipment and personal needs you require while remaining overnight on our property.
You should be sure to have our address and phone number available as well as a flashlight for locating the portable
facilities as needed. You are prohibited from entering LVASM offices, trailers, motor-homes, stored vehicles or trespassing
onto or into another Vendors’ Space. Use the public walkways to move around.
Our conscessions stand opens at 7:00 AM. Coffee and some breakfast items are available.
